Hilltop FastFoods ("Hilltop", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, how we use it and the choices you have.

Who we are

• Contact form: your full name, email address, phone number (optional), the subject and your message.
• Reservation form: your full name, email address, phone number, preferred date and time, number of guests and any special requests, which may include dietary needs, allergies or special occasions.
• When you contact us directly: anything you share with us by phone, email, WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok.

How our forms work

Our website does not store your form details on our own server. When you press Send Message or Book Now, your details are put into a message and WhatsApp opens so you can send it to our WhatsApp number. Nothing is sent until you send that message yourself. Once sent, the message is handled by WhatsApp under WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.

How we use your information

• To confirm, manage or change your table reservation.
• To reply to your questions, feedback and requests.
• To plan private events, catering, takeaway or delivery orders you ask us about.
• To take care of dietary needs or allergies you tell us about.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to keep you updated.

Third-party services

Our website uses a few trusted services to work properly. They may receive basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, when you load our pages:

• Google Maps, to show our location on the Contact page.
• Google Fonts and Cloudflare (cdnjs), to load fonts and icons.
• WhatsApp, to send your contact and reservation messages.
• Instagram and TikTok, when you follow links to our social pages.

Our website does not set its own advertising or tracking cookies. Some third-party services above, such as the embedded Google Map, may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep information

We keep the messages and reservation details you send us only for as long as we need them to serve you, answer your request or meet legal requirements. After that, we delete them.

• correct information that is wrong or out of date;
• delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
